  1. None of them.  Why not something like Victoria, Isabella, Cordelia, Anastasia, Christelle, or Audrina?

  2. Belma.

    Ruth, Lilian, Vernita, Louise, Bernice...

  3. Personally I think if you name her one of these you are very selfish.  She will be teased non-stop.

  8. mary, mary-rose, elizabeth, beth, rebecca, rose, isabella hope it helped!

  9. Valmamary is just asking for the little one to be teased.  I honestly don't like any of them.

  10. Audrey, Elizabeth, Enid, Norma, Agnes, Violet, Rose, and Mary Anne are some suggestions. Sorry I don't like Thelma, Idonea, Valmamary, and Belma, the last three even sound made-up.

  11. I was remembering my dear, sweet "Aunt Velma' w/ your name choices!

But Steph has the best choice! "Victoria Elizabeth Rosalie"

    PLZ choose hers

  12. out of all of them, i like Idonea

  13. Audrey and Vera are my favorite old ones. Olean is pretty, too.

  14. I like how when you say old fashion you mean DIFFERENT old fashion names as opposed to the regular ones that are becoming quite trendy.

I have a 2yo Audrey, when I picked it popularity was a HUGE deciding factor and I hate the fact that in the two years since we've picked it it's begun to get trendy!! I just pray it doesn't become the next Olivia/Ava/Emma!!

From your list I like Thelma.

I also love Georgia and Beatrice.

  15. From the girls names you've picked out, I particularly like the name Belma. It's very cute and eye-catching.

To find some nice old-fashioned names, you're best off to scour through the top 1000 names of the 1880's, 1890's and 1900's. Looking through old documents, literature and histories can help you find inspiring names.

  17. Victoria, Elizabeth, Rosealie

  18. georgia, brittania, audra, harriet, agatha, cornelia

  19. Depends on how old fashioned. I have a Baby Name Book from 1969,

w/ their meanings and Ancestral Backgrounds. "Idonea" looks like it comes from two sources: 'Ida'(Teutonic)=Happy; "Iona"(Greek)=Purple

Jewel- Var., are 'Ione', 'Ionia'. "Thelma"(Greek)=Nursing. The other 2 are not in there. Looks like you are combining 2 names together. Be carefull, the name you pick stays that way on their birth certificate, and you do not want your children to be unnecessarily picked on.
