None! Why would you want to name your daughter a s****. name?! It's funny becasue my best friend's names are Bethany, Victoria and Cassidy and I see these have all been said to be 's****.'. Weird!

I spent 22 years in Europe and these are the ones that struck me as sophisticated. The snob part comes more from the individual personality (just my opinion).

I cant really combine Scandinavian and British for you because I haven't known anyone that had both in their names. Sorry
