Which navigation system is best?

TomTom, Magellan, Garmin, etc.?

I'd put Garmin first, followed by TomTom, then Magellan dead last.  Magellan has awful customer service.  I have had good luck with them, but if you search for Magellan customer service online, you will find all kinds of horror stories.  Good hardware, bad service.

Garmin makes really good navigation systems if your looking for something thats got really good quality for the value. Second i would say Magellan, TomTom's are ok, but i don't really like them, Navigon is another one to look at!
