I just googled nutrition for the restaurant Ruby Tuesdays, to look into the information about a veggie burger. Dietfacts.com said that it was upwards of 900 calories, whereas thedailyplate.com listed it in the 600 calorie range. That is a big difference. Anyone know which one is most reliable?

  1. Subway! does also provide there patron's with nutritional info. You can find a lot of it on line if you search for it.

  2. You need to look to see if it is just the burger or the entire meal, fries, etc.

  3. Dietfacts.com appears to be more reliable.
