Which nyc train goes under a bridge?

I was in the seaport in nyc and i saw a trian riding underneath a bridge? i wanna know which train it is and which bridge it is. Help me!

  1. if you were on the west side, and looking uptown at Brooklyn, you probably saw the Manhattan Bridge, and you saw the subway go across it.  The N and Q trains on the south side of the bridge, and the B and D trains on the north side.  I hope this has been helpful...it is the only bridge in the vicinity that carries any form of train across a body of water.
