The one where he said that Obama wasn't qualified to be President or the new one where he thinks Obama will be a great President.

Is Joe confused, lying or just being a good sport?

They both change their minds about every issue as it suits them.  Both are liars, and both are extreme liberals, and both are socialists.

Plain and simple --- both are bad for this country

Biden = one more reason to vote against Obama
