  1. Charles  as he has insight to what people want he grumbles just like we all do about the state of health and the inner cities  it's just he has bad press from the diana era to still live down ...........his boys love him and couild have gone to live with their uncle charles who made is speech at their mothers funeral  which was in the end a lot of hot air ..........Prince Charles often just gets on with things

  2. You have to take into account that Prince Charles has spent his entire life in training for the role.

Even if we did think on of the others would be better it's a moot point anyway, Charles will be king when his mother dies providing he outlives her. If he doesn't then William and Harry are in line before their Uncle (Andrew).

  3. I like Edward the best.  He's the only one who can hold a committment together.

  4. Prince Charles..I know you haven,t asked, but Princess Anne would be my second choice.

  5. Anne for sure.

  6. Edward has much experience as a queen!

  7. Charles - by a long way the most intelligent of his family, and for that reason the most maligned by the sewer rats of the red top press.

And it would be a positive gesture if the present Queen were to retire gracefully  from her key state duties, and agree with Parliament to name him as Prince Regent.

  8. Charles and Anne would be the best choices.

Charles runs the Duchy of Cornwall and an organic farming business which is quite successful;he is also interested in and helps run  business-training programs for young people(see http://www.princeofwales.gov.uk/personal...

for the links to each program.

Anne is also quite capable. She is President of Save the Children in the UK.Anne is quite work-oriented and has never been a fairy-princess type. She is a hard worker. The Princess has been closely involved with the creation of several charities, notably The Princess Royal's Trust for Carers, Transaid and Riders for Health.

The Princess Royal's Trust for Carers provides support for the millions of individuals in the UK who are responsible for caring for someone.

Transaid and Riders for Health both try to overcome some of the difficulties caused by poor transportation links in developing countries.

The Princess also works with over 200 other organisations, to all of which she devotes a large part of her working life;you can read more about her work at http://www.royal.gov/uk/output/Page5600....

Andrew would be the next,in abilities.I've read that he isn't the brightest person in the world, but he really is doing well as the UK's Special Representative for International Trade and Investment. You can see what work he does at http://www.thedukeofyork.org

Edward was a film producer;I don't know much about his abiltiles in government roles. He is quite interested in environmental issues, but his eldest brother and sister seem to be a little more well-rounded in their abilities and experiences.
