i wud say a turtwig but even better is having all of them

i would say between turtwig or chimchar, because turtwig has lots of attack and defence, and chimchar has a lot of sp att, speed and attack.

Chimchar-hard to raise(for pros)

It's mostly how u raise it. I had a turtwig which evolved into torterra and mine is unstoppable. I prever turtwig.
