Which of the US Virgin Islands is the most civilized, non-touristy?

saint thomas is my favorite island of all time! i completely recommend going there!!! but as for most non touristy i would say st. croix

I would say St. Croix, its the least traveled buy tourists, but is a big vibrant place

I would say St Croix has the least visiting tourists of the US Virgin Islands.

All the USVI are civilized, they have a wonderful culture, social organization and are developed islands. They have running water, bathrooms, grocery stores, houses, policemen, fire department, churches, hospitals, schools etc.)

Not sure what you mean which one is more civilized?

I think st. croix also, although st. thomas ain't that bad either.
