at the moment i kinda feel like im starving my self.

the only good part is i feel good about my body.

i weigh around 100, 102 thats where i would like to keep it for the time being, but i feel like every time i eat my stomach looks fatter, friends of mine think its bloating well its a good answer i guess but i dont eat alot when i do eat so that couldint be it. im a very small person for 17 and for my height (5' 2") i think my normal weight and body firgure is normal but i want to to know what kinds of food will make me go up and down in weight like i guess what food groups?. and is it normal to eat and notice your stomach growing afterwards? or is it just me thinking that it is? i guess i dont really have a clue on how to put that one, but this has never happened before and the reason i think is because im eating more then i normally do possibly cause im bored.. but then ive never been the type to eat when im bored. i will also add that i do daily excercises im kinda active i guess i dont run much but i do sit ups and other excercises mostly everyday. to sum up all my little questions i guess i would like to know what are foods that i can eat that wont make me feel like i just ate 6 meals at mcdonalds?

ps. if you dont have anything nice to say then dont say nothing.

thanks

  1. your perfect for your age. but  you must excersice

  2. Go check out your age, height and weight stats (and whether or not they're "good") at

    http://www.kidsnutrition.org/bodycomp/bm...

For instance, if you're that size at 12, you're a little on the light side but your weight is perfectly healthy.

... but for your age you're very small and thin, although healthy.

To quote from the same page about your own numbers above:

"A 62-inch tall, 102-pound, 17-year-old girl has a body mass index (BMI) of 18.7, which is at the 20th percentile for age. This suggests that this girl is at a healthy weight. A healthy weight range for this particular girl would be from about 100-pounds to 137-pounds."

  3. Fruits and veggies are best.. Although to me it sounds like alot of it might just be in your head. For 5'2" your average weight is 110 lbs. So don't be so hard on yourself. I know that your 17 and looks are everything to you right now but so is your health. As long as you stay active and eat right you will be fine and you won't have to worry about what your exact weight is.

    Trust me I've been there.

    Good luck
