By my opinion Delhi is the bst of all the cities you mentioned as the conveyence and the lifestyle is easy. and even the mentality of people is also good.

I'am also in th one the Engg. collages in Dewlhi in Dwarka Named NSIT and origionally a resident of Lucknow.

Bangalore as you can move there "Bindaas" without any fear of burglary as in Delhi, frauds as in Mumbai and ...... as in Kolkata.

1. Bangalore (education and professionalism is well balanced)

2. Pune (well balanced but less scope than Bangalore)

3. Kolkata (best education, worst professionalism)

4. New Delhi (teaches mostly SHORTCUTS, good for short term achievement only)

5. Mumbai (too expensive for outsider to live in, travel time too high)
