b) antibiotic.  those are only by perscription.  some antihistimines are by prescription as well, but not all.

In the US, all are available in prescription and OTC variants.  Ibuprophen for instance, is 200 mg OTC, with prescription strengths of 600 and 800 mg.  There are quite a few antihistamines available OTC, probably the most widely sold being diphenhydramine, otherwise known as benedryl.
