    You make an excellent point.

    If you get the government out of these issues the big business would not have a handful of people to bribe to hurt the entire population.  Their may be some states that would like to be moral and ethical?


  2. I believe the whole point McCain has in wanting to review Roe vs. Wade is to make abortion a state-level issue, not a federal issue.

    So, I'd have to say C.

  4. Immigration. It is a fed thing or states would have better control.

  5. I'd have to go with Immigration. Californicate legalized homo marriage. Individual states are free to enact their own abortion laws, within the federal framework of Roe v Wade. Texas kills a lot of murderers as the leading death penalty state in the union. that only leaves immigration.
