Which of the following is the quietest and/or most powerful tower fans? (Holmes, Honeywell, Hawaiian Breeze)?

I'm trying to find a good quiet tower fan to put in my non-air conditioned dorm room in a month. I went on a trip to the local target and found three models that I liked. There was a 36" tall Holmes fan, an oddly cheap 40" Hawaiian Breeze, and an expensive 40" Honeywell that was a combined fan and humidifier or something of the sort.

I'm looking for reviews of these fans online but comcast is as usual hindering my plans by not allowing connection to several servers including cnn.com, hotmail.com, and unfortunately google as well. I'm trying to use yahoo or other engines but in the meantime I would be glad to hear user opinions.

i have a holmes and honeywell and they both are a bit noisy, no matter what!

if yo can afford the honeywell i would get that
