  1. Since Nanotechnology is derived/advanced of Material Science, Any majar without material science is useless.

    Nanotechnology is used in design of material which intern used most in Mechanical, and then electrical... My ranking is 2..3..4..1


  2. Sounds like Berkeley.  

    I would imagine materials science would be important.  Since nanotechnology is a pretty multi-disciplinary field, you should choose which is more interesting to you.
