  2. The president can fire anyone in the executive branch, except the vice-president. This includes the Attorney General and NASA chief. Members of the other branches, congressmen and judges, are not in his authority to hire or fire.

Actually the judge is the only one that I know for sure he can't fire.  Although it wouldn't make sense for him to have the power  to fire the commissioner of NASA.  Thus I would say he could fire the attorney general, because if he could just fire a congressman then all the congress people would be in the same party giving too much power to one political force.  Hope I helped!
