  1. The easiest way to solve this is to draw the line and see if the points are on the line

    To draw the line find the x and y axis

    for the x axis y is zero so 3x =2

    divide both sides by 3 and the x axis is 2/3 on the horizontal  line 2/3 of a point from the middle draw a dot

    Now to get the y axis x is zero so -y=2

    divide both sides by -1 and you get y = -2

    on the vertical line go two down from the middle and draw a dot

    Now connect the dots and continue on both sides

    Now plot all the points and see witch ones fall on the line
