the answer is d.

  Because in order for us to see bones with an xray machine radiation must be reflected back.  

WHy the other answers may not be right.

a.  I don't now if this is true or not

b.  This is true because from my understanding xrays are not good at getting pictures of organs

c.   It may be the case  that ionic radiation cause atoms to become ionized along with causing photons to be emitted (im guessing)
