  2. Heres the thing, without knowing how many people are in this economy, and whether there is also population growth, or decline, we don't know. I say #4 is best, because, all the rest need some other fact to be justified.

    1- You can have high per capita GDP if your rich, but groth might be low, your still rich

    2- Same as #1

    3- Slow productivity might still increase GDP, and if there is negative pop growth, then even with it, you might have rising per capita GDP
