  1. radial symmetry

  2. Radial Symmetry.

  3. The correct answer is radial symmetry.  Arthropods have bilateral symmetry.  That is, arthropods have left and right sides that are mirror images of one another.  However, these is only one plane that divides the two sides so that they are mirror images.  Vertebrates also have bilateral symmetry which you can easily see looking in a mirror.  Your left side is a mirror image of the right side (approximately).

In animals with radial symmetry such as round worms, there are many possible ways of dividing the animal into two parts along its long axis where each half has a mirror image.
