  1. Water :

Water, when mixed with certain minerals in rocks such as feldspar, chemically changes the minerals, which in turn, weakens the rock.  This process is called hydrolysis.

In addition, water can dissolve certain minerals in rock such as chlorides, nitrates and sulphates, which also weakens the rock structure.  This process is called solution.

  2. Water.  It has a tendency to dissolve salts and carbonates especially if it is mildly acidic.  Take a look at a limestone area one day and you'll see how waters have essentially dissolved plenty of it away.

Wind and plants are more related to physical weathering duw to abrasion (wind erosion) and physical separation (plant roots).
