  1. Well a lot of people always want to look at the guilt so it may not be so easy to prove one's innocence!


  2. It depends on the onus of proof.

    In criminal law it is 'beyond reasonable doubt'...in employment law it is a question of 'reasonable probability'.  That finding may then be challenged on the basis of 'reasonability'.

    So give us your onus! LOL
