Y la morcilla ... mi amatxu (mama) haze un cocido Madrileño de chuparse los dedos en el cual tambien usa chorizo.

I  like jamon because my grandpa makes the best ham at holidays and it is really jucy and AMAZING!!!

I can try salchichas and jamon but not morcilla.  Morcilla is nasty, made from cooked pork blood.   But non are kosher..
