IMO Graf continues to be the best skates on the market.

In recent years they've joined the fray with gaudy plastics/gimmicky designs - however they continue to make my favorite 703 (made of super-stiff reinforced leather).

I would go with the Bauer Supreme One35's because the price and the ankle support looks the best. I could give you more detail if i could feel the quality
