Which of these cities has a large Afro-Latin population?

Hola,

By "Afro-Latin" I mean people of mixed Spanish & Black descent. The choices are:

Panama City

Caracas

Bogota

Barranquilla

Cartagena

Cali, Colombia

Can they be ranked by percentage Afro-Latin population?

In Panama City its complicated by the presence of many descendants of Jamaicans who helped build and maintain the canal. They are a big part of the population, but may not fit your definition. Still its a fascinating place.

I think Cartagena is the center of Afro-Colombian culture, I have never been to Barranquilla, but it might not be far behind.  I think the Caracas may be a little less but is so multicultural, its hard to quantify. You see a little of every racial group in that city.

Cali and Bogota have a smaller percentage, and are more mestizo and Spanish, but still have quite a few Afro-Colombianos.
