b. AIDS.

c. Economic problems.

d. Foreign policy.

e. They are all examples of political issues.

i was thinking of either b or e. but i don't know which one it is... :/ please help.

    1. abortion

    2. religion

    3. race


  2. I would take "e" in a heartbeat.

    The only reason AIDS hasn't received the political attention it long ago should have is that at first it primarily struck g**s and intravenous drug users--groups that are easily marginalized and disregarded.

    Any public health emergency should be a political issue, though--in terms of education on how not to spread it, development of medicines to combat it, and the distribution of condoms and clean needles to help contain it.

    Everything can be turned into a political issue if you stretch it far enough. If you don't thinks AIDS can be, just go back to the rantings of Rev. Wright who said AIDS was created to destroy black people.
