The 7.62 Norinco has been known to be better, although I really don't know what you are planning on using it for. Personal Defense, Hunting, or just target shooting?

I own the Cz-52 and the TT-33 Tokarev and of the two prefer the TT-33:  flat, same number of rounds, and bigger sights.

No info on the Mauser or Norinco.

CZ 52 is the cat's meow; the shell is a 9mm necked down to 25 can and is quite warm.  I have some S&B 85 grain rounds that step out at 1800 fps.  The pistol has a delayed roller block action that handles the high pressure very well and the bullet goes through everything and raises absolute h**l with a bullet proof? vest.  It looks like the action is based on the German MG42 action scaled down to a pistol.  They are simple, reliable, effective, and; ammo is available and affordable.
