Which of these is the best rail simulator games out there right now?

I heard that Microsoft was making a Train Simulator 2. Trainz Driver Edition, and Rail simulator.

Out of those three which have you tried and what is the recommended best one to get based on playability, grafics, locomotives,companies:BNSF,UP,CSX,NS, and glithcs.

well train simulator 2 is coming out sometime in 2009.

i have train sim 1 and since it's old it's a great deal...you can find it cheap...and you can download add ons for it at tons of sites like www.train-sim.com ... you can make/download locos, rolling stock, routes, etc...
