I absolutly LOVE the name Rhiannon. I love the name Rhi which it can be shortened too.

I would go for  Rhianna Susan Rose or Rhiannon Susan Ridley .

I am glad I chose a short name for my son - he started school last year and long names get fogotten easily by other kids sometimes, the short are easy for their friends to learn and it is much better for name tags, school bags and making friends with a catchy but easy to remember name! my opinion only of course, but I hardly use his middle name and drop regularly half his double barrelled surname - turned out to just be too fussy and I didn't think I'd feel like that. My 5 year old is one of the most popular boys at school and everyone remembers his name as he's the only one and it's really easy. Go for something unusual and short is my advice.
