  1. there is a seat, there is a hobble strap, there is a billet strap and I guess that you could call a saddle horn a hand rest but on the ranch it is used to assist with the rope. So the answer is A but loosely also D

    On a western stock saddle there is a horn, fork, seat, cantle, skirt, back housing or back jockey, lace strings, dee rings, leather flank girth, fender, stirrup, stirrup leather, front tie strip or cinch strap, front jockey and seat Jockey(one piece), wool lining, rope strap, pommel.

  3. Seat, saddles all have a seat. Those other terms I have never heard in reference to a saddle part.
