  1. The third one is more commonly spoken, but they are all correct.

  2. The third is the most grammatically correct. The second implies that the person has not yet arrived while the first and third imply that they are already there. Perhaps trying to leave?

  3. The second is not strictly correct (split infinitive).

Each has a slightly different meaning, though.

  4. There all the same for correctness.

  5. I typed the three sentences into Microsoft Word, and the program seemed to think they were all grammatically correct.

However, "I hope you're still not there." and "I hope you're not still there." sound the smoothest.

Concerning, "I hope you're not there still." -  I think it would read more smoothly if you add a comma between "there" and "still": "I hope you're not there, still."

And finally:  I assume you know this, but they don't all mean exactly the same thing.  However, they all suggest the same thing.

I hope that made sense!  It's a bit confusing.  Hope this helps!

  6. I would say the third one.

  7. the third one is

  8. The second and third can both be correct, depending upon what you're trying to say.

  9. Third is best

First would work better with a comma. ie: I hope you’re not there, still.

  10. Number 3 is gramatically correct.

  11. All three are totally correct grammar. It's hard to understand how an English-speaker can say otherwise. That's especially true in the case of whoever dinged one of the sentences for a split infinitive when there is no infinitive used in any of the three. Also, whoever  said 'There all the same...' - he had the right idea, but an error such as that ('there' for they're) makes you wonder.
