You see we can't fully judge teams as of yet since there is long left to go in the Off-season and there can be lots of interesting player signings and trades happening down the road... Teams like NewYork still have lots of work to do and with a big salary cap you can expect them to workout lots of deals and make improvements to the franchise... however with all this said these would be my predictions so far:

Miami Heat... 45-37 (playoffs)

Chicago... 40-42 (maybe)

Milwaukee ... 38-44 (nope)

NewYork Knicks... 35-47 (nope)

Charlotte Bobcats... 30-52 (nope)

If the NBA season started today I would expect the heat and the Bulls to perform the best out of the group with Milwaukee right behind them... Heat have Wade and Marion carrying them and with some chemistry they can really take advantage of Beasley and they if they can bring in a Centre then they can make playoffs! The bulls have some talent in their line-up with the Derrick Rose, Gordon, and Deng... It will be a challenge to make the post-season and it depends on how good other teams play but if they can stay healthy and improve their front court then they just might be able to squeeze in the last playoff spots...!

Milwaukee is one of those teams that has the talent to be there but always falls short when the season arrives... They have Redd and Bogut who have experience to offer and with the addition of Jefferson they can make some noise... Unless they make further changes I think they are going to miss the playoffs by a small margin behind Chicago...!

I also think the Bulls will probably be best, though these are all teams that are seeing a lot of change coming into this next season, and they're all around mediocre, though one or two have a chance at being decently good.
