which of these two areas is much difficult for studying Computer Engineering or Computer Science ? and which one is better for the future...

  1. Computer Engineering will almost always be a more difficult field. If the computer science degree is offered within the engineering department, that means that it will also be quite rigorous, although less than that of the CE program. As far as which will be better for the future... it depends. If you like strictly developing software, the CS route will be more satisfying. If you would like to work with hardware AND software development (with an emphasis on hardware), then CE is right for you. As a CE student you will become very affluent with software development fundamentals AND hardware design, so you will have a broader perspective and will be qualified to work on a larger range of projects.  


  2. The Computer engineering degree will be difficult just based on mathematics.  At the college i went to all Computer science majors were required to take Calculus one.  While ALL engineering students were required to complete up to differential equations(One step above calc 3)

  3. Engineering relates to a spicific applacation. Science is broad in that it applies accross the board. Both are nessasary but your path should be chosen based on your spicific availability to find work. Think of manufacturing. That would be engineering as their product is defined. R+D mite need more science support.
