Which one would you choose? Also which do you think is the healthiest?

SEARED TUNA SALAD- seared Ahi tuna served over a bed of field greens with cilantro lime vinaigrette dressing

PACIFIC RIM CHICKEN SALAD- field greens tossed with sliced chicken breast in an Asian dressing topped with tortilla garnish

CITY SALAD- spring mix tossed with diced tomatoes, carrots, croutons & sunflower seeds

  1. Well I'm not a fish eater so I would choose the Chick Salad because it has meat with protein and vegetables. However, if I did like seafood and I wanted to make a healthy choice I would probably choose the Tuna Salad one because salad is relatively low-cal. I don't pick the City Salad because there is no meat in it to provide protein.


  2. The first two are equally healthy. Tuna, as well as chicken are good and high in protein. It really depends on what YOU enjoy. Although the City Salad might seem "healthier", it lacks protein, which you need especially if you were to eat this for a meal.

    Personally, I would pick the Seared Tuna Salad, just because I like fish and it contains fish oils, which is essential for a healthy diet.

    Also, if you are looking to cut back on a few calories, choose a lighter dressing (if they provide the option).

  3. I'd go with the city salad - the sunflower seeds supply you with protein, and sometimes I'm not totally in the mood for poultry. And I HATE fish, so yeah. City Salad =)
