Which one's better? Studying aboard or university in America?

i live in Canada and i don't know what to choose. University in America or studing aboard. I plan to study aboard in France( i speak french) or Korean. what should i choose and tell me why it's better than the other?

if  asian - france.  if white go korea or anywhere. usa is waste of time and $$ as u cant do professional degree right away. not much diff from canada but near home

france - u can get a prof degree in 4yrs.   a whole new experience awaits u abroad.  asia is unique as the lifestyle / pple / food / language - totally mindboggling and fascinating!

u maynot wanna come home after graduation.
