  1. volleyball

  2. As mentioned above, there are benefits for both sports.

Soccer will help your endurance.  You could be running non stop for 45 minutes a half.

Volleyball will help your quickness.  The average volleyball play is around 15 seconds.  You will not get the same endurance of soccer, but you will have to be running and jumping for 15 seconds, take a few seconds break and repeat.  You have to be in shape for matches that could run hours.  And in tournaments, you could be playing 6 hours a day.  That is a different kind of endurance.

  3. volleyball has more benits since it`s a better workout, but socceris way more fun.

  4. i personally have never played soccer, but i have played volleyball for 4 years and am still playing now. volleyball works your back, thighs, calfs, all arm muscles, shoulders, stamina, quickness, hand-eye coordination, lung capacity (sonds crazy, but it does because you have to call for the ball, run around the court, and think about what to do all at the same time), flexibility, and its great fun. soccer works mostly your legs, but also gives you great lung capacity as it involves a lot of running. soccer also gives you foot-eye coordination rather than hand-eye coordination, unless you're a goalie. it depends on what benefits you're looking for. i'd say volleyball if you want a sport that works all of your muscles and body parts, is totally fun, allows you to bond with your team, scream alot, and have a great time! hope i could help

  5. depends, if your looking for the fun factor then i personally would go with soccer. if your looking for weight loss i would also go with soccer. volleyball for me is fun on the beach of in moments like that. soccer works your whole body because of the cardio. depends on you as a person, if ur the physical type then gow ith soccer, if ur not then go with volley ball

  6. Soccer

  7. It depends in what ways you mean. Soccer gives you great cardio, along with great legs. Volleyball works more parts of your body, and will make you quicker. Volleyball works thighs, calves, arms, forearms, abbs, speed ect. Soccer works cardio, and gives you extremely powerful legs.

  8. I'm guessing you are a girl.

Ok, first off I want to say that both sports are fun and people who say one is more fun than the other are stupid because that is totally based on opinion. Soccer players say soccer, vball players say vball.

    Exercise:

To get in shape/ cardio go for soccer.

Volleyball should theoretically make you better at sprints, but in actuality that will only happen if your program is rigorous.

Scholarships: I'm not sure, but I think it's easier to get vball.

    What you wear:

    Shorts- normal

Spandex- maybe uncomfortable at first but makes you hot

    Equipment:

Soccer- you need less stuff to play

    Vball- you need a net

    More fun:

This is all opinion, but it is obvious that you can play volleyball for longer periods of time without needing to stop.

These are my 2 favorite sports, but I would give my vote to vball. I like how you can have marathon open gyms, and you can easily play year round. For someone who likes to play their favorite sport all the time, vball is for me.

  9. depends on what benefits. soccer obviously has a lot more running involved. In volleyball though you have to be very quick. In soccer however there is more chance for serious injury.
