Which one builds better endurance?

Between running or jump roping? and if one is better than the other, is there that much difference?

  1. Well, on the long run, I think both will cause leg problems. But for the while I think running will build better endurance. Because you are using much of your muscles and will probably be running for like a mile or 2. That's alot. Hope this helps!


  2. jump roping. and here is why. if run u do not have the gravity working against u and if u are running like down a hill that is helping u even more. honestly if u want to get endurance level jump rope and go to a really tall peak like go denver because it is a mile high and there is less oxygen. and when that happens ur body breaths more until ur body get use to it . then go down to sea level and you will out last any opponent that has trained at sea level

  5. I think jump roping builds better endurance and is a better work out because you're basically running and jumping at the same time. But running isn't bad for you either.

  6. theres not a big difference between the two..but i'd do running. although jump roping is close to..if not equally good

  7. for ball pretty much rope will build your leg muscels
