Which one builds endurance better?

Between running or jump roping? and if one is better than the other, is there that much difference? which one burns more fat?

  1. I think jump rope would build more endurance and 'There's not much difference but I like running because it boosts your speed along with getting used to the form of it.

Running will build your endurance more because you have to move more parts of your body.  If you are just jumping rope most of your work out is with your calves and you don't have to push forward with them, just up.  Jumping rope will make you quicker however because it requires you use bursts of power to propel you upward.  If you are just looking to burn fat and gain endurance I would recommend running.
