Which one-car team is the best on IndyCar?

I'd like to know your oppinion about those teams on the IndyCar Series, like HVM, Rahal-Letterman, Panther or even Pacific Coast and Luczo-Dragon and which one of them is the best team, i mean about the car preparation and the team's experience and resources.

I am a big fan of my buddy Foyt, but his team is under funded. I would have to say the best single car team at this time is Panther.

I'd have to go with Tomas Scheckter. He's got a lot of talent and drives well even though the points don't show how well he does drive. He's usually caught up in something not of his own doing that takes him out. I think if the car was better, he might get better starting spots and stay out of trouble.
