  1. to me its logical that the chicken came first because the chicken must have come to existence at same time all other animals came into existance. why would an egg pop into existence along side of a pig?

i would wonder where a lot of animals came from in first place such as a cow? if you believe in evolution then what did a cow elolue from, if you don't then when were cows first seen?

  2. No, the egg, even if you believe in Creation. Because birds and other egg-laying reptiles existed before chickens: chickens are a domesticated variety of guinea hen, which did not exist until shortly before the time of Jesus.  Chickens are mentioned specifically in the New Testament, but not the Old.

  3. It depends on how you go through the grocery store. The way I go, I always pass the meat department before the dairy, so the chickens are first, then the milk, OJ, then the eggs.

When you leaf through a dictionary from the front, you will find "chicken" before you find "egg."

You have to remember that everything is relative. Einstein was correct, in this, you know, as a worm would rather dig a hole in the hardest ground than go fishing.

Now that you are even more confused, are you going to go back to school?

    Regards,

    Dan

  4. The Chicken!!

  5. I believe in evolution and here's my take on it...

Creatures were laying eggs long before what we'd think of as a modern chicken developed. The predecessors of the chicken also laid eggs.

If you change the question to "which came first, the chicken or the chicken's egg?" then the first creature that would have been classified as a chicken would've been born first- in an egg. So if you count the egg it was born in, then the egg was first, although that egg wasn't laid by a chicken. If you mean the first egg laid by a chicken, then obviously the first chicken was first.

Cows evolved from animals that were like primitive versions of cows, and the same process is true for every animal.

  6. The chicken comes (climaxes, lol) first, because you have to have an o****m to have an egg.

  7. So I have always avoided this question, because yeh, anyway. I finally heard the answer that made since to me.  In the Bible, it says God created everything after it's own kind, so it's the chicken.

  8. the egg be cause u cant jus put a chicken on earth it would be lonley

  9. the egg, why? most people would you " there has to be an chicken for there to be a egg"  but stupid evolution shows us that the chicken came from 2 different animals therefore laying a chicken egg.

  10. prehistoric reptiles layed eggs way before chickens existed so eggs came before chickens.

  11. the chicken. try to find those words in dictionary. you'll find out that chicken comes first before egg.

  12. The Rooster did.

  13. The chicken.  I believe in Creation, so that just makes sense.  But even if you believe in evolution, wouldn't the chicken still come first?
