Which one do you prefer to have as a pet, a pug or a pekingese?Why?

A pug they have better personalities and they are known to be very loyal. They allso live a long time.

If I had to choose pekingese because they resemble a pug in the face sorta, but they have really pretty fur. but a pug has a good attitude and are fun to watch so I am at a loss. but the trait that gives them that flat looking face also gives them a cancerous trait and are  more likely to get different types of cancers then most other breeds, boxers, pugs, pekingese, and all other bully breeds are at high risk for cancer. plus being flat face the can't keep themselves cool and have a lot of breathing problems.

honestly i would have to say never because the both have bad breathing problems  also a lot of health problems. i would go more with a French bull dog or Boston terrier but if those were the last 2 breeds i would say pug before pekingese. due to the fact i worked also in kennels and and the pugs are sweeter and the pekingese you have to groom at least once a month so i doesn't get matted.
