I used to be an energy drink addict, tried them all, and found LOST... seemed to have the best effects.

Rockstar made me almost ill feeling most of the time- and Monster seemed too sugared up.

Now I drink YERBA MATE tea from the health food section in the grocery store---  Way better energy, health benefits, and I've stayed up several days at a time drinking it. (makes ya kind of horny though) but on the down side it doesn't taste like a soda pop.   ~ drink it strong ! ~
