Which one has better plans, Verizon wireless or U.S Cellular?

I want the Voyager from Verizon wireless and LG UX830 from U.S cellular. Which one is the better phone also?

verizon is amazing, i have a friend who lives far away and no one gets service at her house except for me! i have never lost a call or gotten no reception. and ive never had a problem with customer service, i lost my phone and they sent me a new one right away, and sent me a list of all the numbers i had called that month to re-add in my phone.
