Which one id better?

i wanna apply for universities abroad , which one do you prefer and please tell me why :

Melbourne university (Australia)

One of the us universities, of course it would be in a top 20 ranked universities

I hate cold places and I don’t care what people say , right now I am so eager to live in Australia , you know it is so far from my home country (iran) and I love living so far from my family , I don’t know why lol!
