I have dish network because I love foreign languages and I've found they have the best selection of foreign language programs out of all the cable/satellite providers. They have the most German & French language channels.

I pay $75 per month for basic service plus the German language package. I get a DVR that I use with 2 tvs for that price. They also have a more liberal selection of news channels such as LINKtv. They also have an interactive feature for CNN and you can change the language of some programs your watching with the remote.

You can also pay your bill through the tv.

Occasionally the service sucks in really bad weather, but I think it has gotten better since I had a part replaced on the dish. I rarely have outages and when there is a problem I can still use the DVR to look at programs I've already recorded.

The technicians are really good and very nice - but customer service over the phone is bad.

Overall i'm extremely satisfied that i switched away from my local cable provider

I think still our cable guy is better option think over it and continue with it.

I think Dish tv is better. It has good quality picture than Tata Sky. And cheaper than Tata. But Tata has more interactive programs than dish.

tata sky is the best , bcoz it gives us a crystal clear display and the recharge coupons are readily available any where......

one more thing i would like to add is you have a zone called "active zone" where u hav many facilities.. so go for tata sky..
