  1. It depends entirely on the student.

Some kids thrive in a school environment, and some thrive outside a school setting.

Each family needs to make the decision that is right for them.  This can include having some kids in school and some out of school.

  2. Homeschooling allows for more opportunities than traditional school.  You can learn about what you want, in your own way.

That leaves time to follow your passions.

There is more time to explore the world, meet a wide variety of people of different cultures.  Or whatever you want out of life.

Basically you get more time outside of the classroom, which allows you more freedom.

    :D

  3. I do homestudy and love it. But it really depends on the person...

BTW, I meant to put thumbs down on the rooster's comment, not thumbs up. My mouse is acting weird today and keeps moving.

  4. What do mean?  You asked... "Which one is better home study, and going to school?"

    That makes no sense.

Perhaps you meant to ask, "Which on is better, home study, OR going to school?"

In that case I would have to say it depends on the child, the parent, the neighborhood, and a lot of other variables that you didn't mention.

For my family homeschool is best.

  5. i favor to going to school. coz at the home u cant do which u will do in school. school atmosphere will definetily change u.

    it will helpful for future.......

  6. Well, home study is different from homeschool. Home study programs are usually offered through the public schools for students who cannot or should not be in school, usually due to illness. In that case, there is no better, only what the student needs at that time.

Homeschool on the other hand is a blanket term for home based education that can include cyber-schooling, umbrella schooling, traditional homeschool, unschooling, etc. In my home and in many homes in the US people have found homeschooling to be a better option for their families than public or private school. We love it. Still, I would not say it is universally better. While socialization myths have been proven time and again to be just that, a baseless myth, homeschool is not the best choice for every family. Think of it this way. I love chocolate ice cream. I would not choose another flavor. For me it is the best flavor. But my neighbor may prefer strawberry. She may even be allergic to chocolate. It may break her out in hives! You see, we need options for us all to be satisfied and healthy. What is true of ice cream is also true of education.
