Which one is better michigan state university or lancaster university?

someone please help me....... its the fact that america gives more opportunities and that i like UK as a country, and that lancaster has higher world ranking than michigan..... please someone suggest which univesity shall i go amongst these...

Michigan State University (about 10 minutes from my home) is one of the finest schools in the country. They offer wonderful engineering, business, and biology related degrees. The campus is absolutely beautiful, the school is funded to the max, and the area surrounding campus is very safe and very convenient.

I don't know much about Lancaster, but I went to MSU after researching many colleges and am quite glad I did ! I know its quite a ways, but you may want to visit sometime. Michigan in May/June is a beautiful place!
