Which one is better out of the two,nose screws or nose bones?

because i just got my nose pierced last wednesday,and i want to have assorted jewelry for when it heals, so i need to know

A hygienicaly unpierced nose free of metalwork which will inevitably retain horrible things inside your nose is prettier and preferable in every sense.

Nose screws are better by far. Nose bones stay in because the end is flared, but that's means you have to get the big end through the piercing. It'll either stretch the piercing to get through, in which case it could easily fall out, or tear it as it goes through because it's not ready to stretch or the flare is too big, and then you have more healing to do and possible scar tissue inside the piercing. The very best thing is to get a straight nose s***w nad have it custom bent. Go ahead and let the piercer put it in for you to show you how the first time- they can be tricky, causing much pain while the owner tries to figure out how to insert the new jewelry.
