in all honesty the ps3 is more future proof and has more add-ons to it for the price then xbox... an example of this would be the built in Wireless capability which on the xbox would be an addon that costs 100 dollars which brings the price of the xbox on par with he ps3.

However, all of that hardware mumbo jumbo doesn't count for jack, because at the end of the day it all comes down to the games and the Xbox 360 has the PS3 beat in the number of titles and the number of popular titles. So if you like a lot of FPS Games and love playing online the Xbox is the way to go. Considering that games for it that are available for the PS3 as well are usually 10 dollars cheaper(since their not bluray).

360 is the best without a doubt.  PS3 sucks!  no achievement system.  Also you cant play burnt games on the ps3.  No one came up with firmware or a chip to allow it.  With the 360 you can play copied games.  As for the blu-ray player.  ITS c**p!!!!!  Blu-ray is like beta max.  They are gonna phase it out soon
