I think any food that once you look at it you know it is Malaysian.. like Penang fried rice noodle, chendo and etc..

I 've been to a few countries but the so-call malaysia food is nothing like the real stuff sold at malaysia...

Malaysia is a multi-ethnics country which mainly represent by Malay , chinese, indian and other minorities ethnics.

each of them has their own unique food and of course it also developed some fusion food.
